What is a school? A school is an educational institution designed to provide learning spaces and learning environments for the teaching of students under the direct supervision and guidance of teachers. Several countries have brought systems of formal education which is usually compulsory. The progress of students in these systems through a series of schools. There are three major kinds of schools like public, private and charter schools. The mission of all these schools is to educate both young children and adults. But they are differing from each other in some fundamental ways.

Most of the students prefer to go Public schools. Public schools are expected to follow state standards and are given tests by the state on those standards to measure their performance each year. There is no tuition fee in public schools while Private schools are an independent school which is privately owned. The main difference between public and private schools is that public schools get their money from local, state or federal government which is supplied by taxpayers whereas private schools are funded through tuition paid by the students. Charter schools are in the middle of public school and a private school. Enrollment Private schools are not funded by state and federal governments so they are free to rejects students with special needs. Charter schools must enroll all students regardless of race, religion, income, disability or gender.
Extracurricular activities Private schools offer extensive extracurricular opportunities. These activities enable students to pursue their unique passions and explore new talents. Charter schools are also promoted for their ability to offer competitive options for students therefore driving.
Flexibility Private schools have flexibility with curriculum. Charter schools are led by dynamic principals who have flexibility to develop a school culture that fosters student performance and satisfaction of parents.
Selectivity Private schools can be selective about which students to enroll. For example- girls school. Can’t legally discriminate against students.
